The apartment is so close to the great Vanderbilt Beach, a short walk. It's loaded with all of the beach accessories you will need - cart, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys for all ages, tons of towels. Very clean apartment and nice finishes. Gorgeous balcony overlooking the water. Owner is extremely responsive and friendly.

Mr. Rhoads, Just would like to thank you for another Fabulous 15 Days in your condo again this Christmas! I look forward again to next year of coming back. Once again your home was spotless when I arrived and I hope it was left the way you like it.
For those that may be looking at this unit on VRBO I have been coming to Naples for over 35 years and I have stayed with Mr Rhoads here at this unit for years. It's only a football field to beach if that, the morning coffee on the 6 floor lanai looking at the intercoastal waters is some of my favorite time. Location is close to everything and I mean everything!

We are familiar with the area as we have been vacationing here for the last few winters. This condominium was one of the nicest places. The location is ideal with a 2 minute walk to the beach and convenient to many good restaurants. The layout and amenities of the condo are ideal. We spent a great deal of time on the spacious screened lanai due to the wonderful view. There was comfortable seating for 6 people to dine on the lanai and a seating area outside the master bedroom.
The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner provided superior customer service. I would highly recommend this property to friends or relatives.

Quiet, clean, and pristine condo. This beautiful and spacious condo offers a large screened-in porch with breathtaking views of the marina and canal from both the master bedroom and the living room.
The upscale location of Vanderbilt beach is convenient to all whilst still being only a few steps away from the Gulf beach and Delanor Wiggens park.
Modern decor, beautiful kitchen appliances, and full washer dryer, tons of towels, sheets etc, plus excellent wifi, this condo is a dream come true.
The owner is very responsive, and I can't thank him enough for the opportunity to share this penthouse unit for those of us who can't stay for extended periods of time.
We already booked a return trip for 2017.!

My husband and I spent our first one month stay in the Naples area, and we've already booked this unit again for 2013. This condo is in a perfect location!! It is tastefully decorated,very clean and provides a lovely area in which to take daily walks. We also love to walk on the beach, which incidentally is 3 1/2 minutes from the unit. Vanderbilt Beach is breathtaking during the day and provides amazing evening sunsets, the best of both worlds only a short walk away. The unit changed hands while we were there, and Dusty, the new owner made sure that we had 'everything' we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had our breakfast, lunch and dinner on the lanai, which provides a most beautiful and relaxing view of the water-ways, complete with dolphins, manatee and various watercraft making their way to the Gulf. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the convenience of having a barbeque to use. Shopping and restaurants are in abundance and are close to the condo. We would feel very comfortable in recommending this condo to family and friends!!
